Jojaマートの会員権をモーリスから購入すると公民館が解体され、代わりに[[Joja倉庫]]が建設されることになる。その後はプレイヤーは公民館でのバンドルに代わってJojaマートを通じて町の開発計画を購入していくことになる。 それらは[[Joja地域開発フォーム]]から可能になる。
It should be noted that this alternate branch in gameplay encourages a very different, money-driven playstyle than the exploration one offered through improving the [[Community Center]]; rather than requiring a variety of items from different seasons to complete bundles, large sums of cash in the 15k-45k range are paid upfront for improvements. There is a greater emphasis on the growing of cash crops to progress, which can be easier for players who have a good grasp of how to earn money.
